1. Scare Safari at Gulliver's Kingdom

3. Spooky Bolsover Castle
Solve creepy clues and gather round to listen to spooky stories, and, there is also a frighteningly fun fancy dress competition, from October 24 to November 1. There are also ghost tours around one of the UK's "most haunted sites" for people aged over 16. Photo: Marisa Cashill
