The latest on Joey Pelupessy's Sheffield Wednesday future - as told by the player himself
and live on Freeview channel 276
Pelupessy is one of several first team players at Wednesday who will see their deals expire at the end of the campaign, and he certainly hasn’t hurt his cause with a number of solid performances in recent months both under Neil Thompson and Darren Moore.
The Dutch midfielder was an important part of the impressive win over Barnsley last time out, and is likely to feature against Watford tomorrow, and he admits that – even if the Owls are relegated – he’d still be open to discussing a new contract at Hillsborough.

Hide AdWhile he told the media that there have been no talks as of yet, he explained to The Star that he feels indebted to the club for the opportunity that they gave him three years ago.
The 27-year-old said, "Sheffield Wednesday is always an option for me… I will always appreciate that they gave me the chance to play in England, and I’ll never forget that.
“Apart from the results, obviously, I’m really happy at this club, I feel at home, I know everybody really well, so I have nothing to complain about.
“I’m happy here, so if they want to talk about the future then I will always listen to Sheffield Wednesday, 100%, because I respect the club and what they did for me.”

“I work hard for myself every day, and I prepare as good as possible. I believe that if you work hard and put your focus on it, then something good will always come in your future. If I think about it too much, and focus too much on my future, then it won’t help me for the games. That’s the most important thing.”
Wednesday face Watford at 3pm tomorrow afternoon at Vicarage Road.
