and live on Freeview channel 276
The Wednesday attacker was the subject of interest from Argentine side, Club Atlético Talleres, a couple of months ago, however their offers were quickly rebuffed by the Owls as they had no intention of selling him.
Windass has one season left on his current deal at Hillsborough, however there is an option for a further 12 months should the club wish to exercise it, and the player says that he has no intention of discussing terms until he’s proven what he’s capable of this season.

Hide AdSpeaking to the media this week, the 28-year-old said, “I said to my agent in the summer when the interest was happening, ‘Don’t even go in ask for a contract’. Despite the interest.
“I didn’t play last year… The club haven’t offered me a new contract, but even if they were going to I don’t feel like I’m in a position at the minute where I deserve a new contract or a better deal at this club.
“I was injured last season, so I want to go out and prove my worth this year. And that’s what I’ll be doing...
“I know the level I’m capable of playing at, and I’ll be doing my best to get the team out of this division this season - that’s the aim of every player, and I’m not different.”
