It was a decent effort from the Owls in Wales, but they weren’t able to pick up three points against Swansea and remain in the relegation zone… There were, however, plenty of positives to take from the performance – especially in the first half – against a good Swans side that will no doubt be challenging for promotion come the end of the season.
I think most fans would’ve taken a draw before the first whistle, so it’s not a bad result in the end. Here are our player ratings from the Liberty Stadium.

2. Liam Palmer - 6
Solid performance from him down the right, put in a decent shift for the Owls and can’t really be faulted. Photo: Steve Ellis
3. Tom Lees - 6
Tidy, didn’t put a foot wrong and made plenty of interceptions to stop Swansea from progressing. Photo: Stu Forster
4. Joost van Aken - 6
Possibly could’ve been tighter for the equaliser, but overall a decent performance before being replaced in the second half. Photo: Steve Ellis
