Referee: James Linington
The Newport-based official has issued 46 cautions and three red cards in 13 matches this season. Linington has already overseen two fixtures during the 2019/20 campaign. He was the man in the middle when they defeated Reading on the opening day and Monk's former club Middlesbrough. He will be assisted in Nottingham by Mark Russell and Robert Merchant. Michael Salisbury has been appointed the fourth official.
History lesson:
Wednesday have enjoyed their meetings with Forest in the past five years, winning eight of the last 10 tussles. They have triumphed on four of their last four visits to the City Ground.

The Owls made amends for that rare defeat by thumping Forest 3-0 in the reverse fixture. Marco Matias (2) and George Boyd netted.
One to watch: Lewis Grabban
Only five players (Aleksandar Mitrovic, Jarrod Bowen, Ollie Watkins, Karlan Grant and Steven Fletcher) have scored more goals in the Championship than Forest striker Grabban. The 31-year-old is in a rich vein of form, having notched five goals in his last seven outings. Forty seven per cent of Grabban’s 34 shots have been on target.
