The Blades spent last week in the United Arab Emirates after being granted a week off from Premier League action by the competition's winter break.
And Lundstram, who turns 26 today, admitted: "Going over to Dubai can be really important for us.

"To be fair they'd settled in really well already because there's a great changing room here."
Lundstram initially established himself as an ever-present in Chris Wilder's plans, before a combination of injury and fatigue - combined with Sander Berge's arrival - saw him drop to the bench.
He impressed as a substitute in the two games after Berge's arrival, however, and scored the winner off the bench in their last game against AFC Bournemouth.

"I don't think any of us really have played at this intensity every single week.
"There are a lot more games in the Championship but they're nowhere near as intense and quick as they are in the Premier League.
"It's tough at times, but it's a challenge you've got to rise to."
