The Welsh international was in fine form before a red-card at Huddersfield in January, and a subsequent three-match ban, derailed his season somewhat.
He scored his first goal of the season at the weekend in Stoke's 2-0 victory over Wycombe, and spoke afterwards about the need to channel his on-field aggression - without losing the edge that makes him such an effective operator down the left flank.
“I need to control myself a little bit more,” he admitted.

“It’s something I obviously need to be more conscious of going forward but I like to think of myself as a player who is always on the front foot, is aggressive and likes to get stuck in. That’s part of me.
“It won’t change because that’s the player I am but I need to be able to control it more.”
With United facing a return to the Championship, United fans are excited about the prospect of Norrington-Davies playing in the red and white of the Blades next season - but it is an area of the pitch that Chris Wilder's squad is well-stocked.
