Chris Wilder has been locked in contract talks with the Liverpudlian since last season but unfortunately, he looks certain to depart, despite Lundstram himself refusing to rule out staying put.
Speaking ahead of Sunday’s defeat to Chelsea, he said: "It's the same situation, everything's still on the table. We'll see what happens.
"Of course, [speculation] is bound to happen but I'm here and while I am here I'm committed, as you've seen in my performances.
"I'm 110 per cent and no-one can question that. Who knows what will happen but while I'm here, I'll give everything."
Lundstram is understood to have received offers from Premier League clubs and one team he won't be joining, according to Football Insider, is Scottish Premiership leaders Rangers.
Despite reported interest from Steven Gerrard’s Gers, the 26-year-old is not considering a switch to Glasgow.
Indeed, Burnley are being tipped to win the race for Lundstram, with former Leeds United striker Noel Whelan believing a move Turf Moor would suit him “down to the ground”.
He said: “A team like Burnley would suit him more than anybody that is up there from one to eight [in the Premier League] right now. They go for a different type of player right now.
“It’s difficult because he’s not signed a contract. He wasn’t playing that regularly at the beginning of the season.
“A Burnley type of club would suit him down to the ground and would probably get the best out of him as well.”
