Former Sheffield United striker arrested as Scottish police probe 'match fixing' allegations
The Scottish Sun reported today that police are investigating bets on players picking up bookings, amongst other claims.

A police spokesperson confirmed: “Police Scotland is investigating reported incidents relating to gambling in sport.
“As part of the ongoing inquiry officers searched a number of properties in the Edinburgh and Forth Valley areas on Wednesday, September 23.
“Two men, aged 21 and 28, have been arrested and released pending further inquiries.”
A number of properties in and around Edinburgh were searched as part of an ongoing investigation.
The Sun on Sunday reported that computer equipment was taken away to be analysed.
