Police thanked the public for their support after Douglas Cutts was found

A missing man from Sheffield with distinctive 'True Love' tattoos has been found following a police appeal.

Douglas Cutts had disappeared in the city's Gleadless Common area on Friday afternoon.

But South Yorkshire Police revealed shortly before 7pm that he had been found.

"Police can confirm Douglas Cutts has been found safe and well," they posted on Facebook.

"Thank you for sharing!"
