Stradbroke Drive police incident: Police and ambulances called as roads closed

A police van and a police car were both seen by eye witnesses at the scene of the incident on Stradbroke Drive this morning, along with an ambulance and a paramedic car.

South Yorkshire Police said the incident was a road traffic collision brought on by a medical episode and would not be commenting on the incident.

Locals had been advised to avoid the area on social media because of road closures.
