Sheffield Wednesday: Almen Abdi snubbed offers from other clubs to join Owls
The attacking midfielder completed his move to Hillsborough last night, penning a three-year contract.
It is understood the Owls have spent around £4m on Abdi, who missed just six Premier League matches for Watford last term as they secured a mid-table finish.

Hide AdFor our Owls news and opinion on twitter follow hereThe Swiss international said: "I had a few offers from other clubs but I chose Wednesday because I had a feeling that it was the best choice for me in my career.
"I saw a couple of the team's games last year. I like their style of play. I'm looking forward to the new season and I hope I can settle down as quick as possible."
Abdi has revealed who persuaded him to move north and drop down a division.
"I have spoken with many people in the last few days, including Fernando [Forestieri], Daniel [Pudil] and the coach [Carlos Carvalhal]," he said. "They convinced me to join the club and I'm really happy to be here.

For more news from Hillsborough click hereThe 29-year-old spent four years at Vicarage Road, netting 24 times in 115 league appearances. He played an instrumental role in the Hornets securing promotion to the top-flight in 2015.
"I had a fantastic four years at Watford but this is a new chapter for me," he stressed.
Although Abdi was a first-team regular with the Hornets last season, he admits he found it frustrating playing out of position.

Hide AdAbdi said: "I didn't always play in my right position. I like to play in the middle but I played a lot on the right hand side last year.
"Watford couldn't tell me I would play in my right position this year so I was looking for something else and I think Sheffield Wednesday are a perfect solution."
