Rat poison warning to pet owners in Sheffield

Pet owners have been warned to keep their animals away from a Sheffield street following the discovery of rat poison.

The poison was found in Fraser Drive, Woodseats, this morning.

A Sheffield Council spokesman said: "Our staff are cleaning up some rat poison on Fraser Drive. We recommend keeping your pets away from the area in the meantime."

The poison was found close to some bushes near some steps on the street.
