The TRIB3 28 Day Challenge 2023 takes place at boutique fitness studio, TRIB3, located on Ecclesall Road in Sheffield. They offer 28 of their tough workout sessions - all of which must be completed in February - for £40, with participants promising to raise a minimum £100 in sponsorship, with all the money raised going to St Luke’s Hospice.
This year’s challenge aims to raise at least £20,000 and Debbie says it will be worth the exertion as her wife Ang was a St Luke’s patient as she faced the final weeks of her battle against cancer.

“This is the third time I have done the challenge and I know my knees are going to struggle.
“What makes it even more difficult is that I’m going to be away for a week in February so I will need to do double sessions some days just to make sure I complete all 28 before the end of February. It’s not just difficult physically – there’s also the mental challenge of getting up every day and knowing you have to do the class.”
A keen supporter of St Luke’s, TRIB3 has already raised more than £60,000 with its previous challenges, including a virtual workout at the height of the Covid 19 pandemic and having a team participate in last year’s Sheffield Half Marathon.
