One week after her shattering diagnosis, Hannah, who was 30 weeks pregnant at the time, was induced and her daughter Sadie was born weighing just 3lb 9oz.

During those final weeks, Hannah married her long term partner, Andrew, and arranged a naming ceremony for their two children.

Her family said she was ‘a much loved mummy, wife, daughter and sister’ and they have ‘an admiration that can never be topped’ for the way she handled her pregnancy despite being so seriously ill.
