She is spotted looking confused and disorientated while trying to make her own way home by a stranger, who calls for police assistance.

Hide AdSince the clip was filmed Norma has moved to live at Horizon Care’s Wood Hill Grange, a family run care home near Pitsmoor which cares for people living with dementia.
The staff at the care home have spoken out after the episode aired to reassure the public that Norma is settling in well to her new home.
