'˜Outstanding ... absolutely brilliant' - Sheffield Wednesday team mate hails goal-hero Jordan Rhodes
Rhodes, the Owls’ record £8m buy, ended his 12-match goal drought at the KCOM Stadium.
In the absence of injured duo Atdhe Nuhiu and Lucas Joao, Rhodes led the line and he headed in Hunt’s 18th minute cross to bag his first goal this calendar year.

Hide AdHunt, who came off injured on Saturday, told The Star: “Jordan has obviously been frustrated that he has not been playing. Atdhe and Lucas have been fantastic recently so Jordan has had to wait for his chance.
“He took his chance against Hull. I thought he was outstanding. Absolutely brilliant.
“Jordan took his goal well and he worked tirelessly.”
It was Rhodes’ 99th Championship goal of his career and the first time he had found the back of the net since Boxing Day.
“Credit to Jordan for keeping himself going over the last few months,” said Hunt. “He has kept on believing in himself and tried not to let his confidence drop too much.
