Mason Wathall, 19, of Colley Road, Sheffield, was stopped by police on Halifax Road, Sheffield, and was found to have been driving without a licence and insurance, according to a Sheffield Magistrates’ Court hearing on December 31.
Robert Coyne, prosecuting, said police also detected a smell of cannabis but Wathall refused to provide a blood sample to establish whether he had exceeded the drug-drive limit or not.
