A Sheffield man has been charged with fraud by false representation after posing as a tradesman in Hackenthorpe.
Bradley Howe, of Westfield Avenue, was arrested on Thursday (November 28) after police received a report of a man ‘canvassing’ to remove waste.
The 28-year-old was charged fraud, possession of a bladed article and obstructing a police officer, and remanded into custody to appear before Sheffield Magistrates’ Court today.
Officers advised residents to be ‘vigilant regarding rogue traders and report any suspicious activity to the police’.
