A mentally-ill man who approached two people with a knife during a dispute has been placed on a community order.
Sheffield Crown Court heard on November 16 how Shannon Palmer, aged 25, of Abbeydale Road, Sheffield, had been in dispute with a man and a woman before he approached them with a knife.
Eddison Flint, prosecuting, said as a result of a previous incident the man went to Palmer’s house to confront him about an alleged threat.
