A man has been charged with stealing face masks and other items from a hospital in South Yorkshire during the coronavirus pandemic.
Police said officers were called Doncaster Royal Infirmary on Thursday, April 30 to reports that a man had stolen face masks, pens and various other items.
South Yorkshire Police said a man was arrested at the scene and charged with an offence of theft from the hospital. He has been bailed to appear at Doncaster Magistrates’ Court on May 19.
