Police are currently at the scene on West Street, close to the traffic lights outside Sundaes Gelato, and the road has been closed due to what is believed to be an abandoned vehicle – however, this has not been confirmed and the circumstances remain unclear.
Officers at the scene say it may have been used in a crime and they are currently waiting for a tow truck.
