The equipment was found in a field off Stubbing House Lane and had been there around 10 days, Lib Dem councillor Mike Levery said.
Cllr Levery said: “Stubbing House Lane is between Fox Hill and Oughtibridge Lane, it’s a quiet lane and a fly-tipping hotspot.

Along with councillor Alan Hooper, Cllr Levery moved the waste to the side of the road on Saturday so it can be collected and disposed of.
He added: “Amey know where the hotspots are but if it’s not roadside it’s not in their contract to pick it up.
"We’re trying to rectify this but it’s a long haul.”
