Boy says he's 'traumatised for life' after witnessing 13-year-old hit by bus in Sheffield

The witness’ mum revealed how her son had been affected by today’s collision on Retford Road, Handsworth, in a Facebook post.
She said: “My poor boy witnessed this, he's traumatised for life.
“Hoping the young boy makes a full recovery.”

Hide AdA 13-year-old boy was critically injured in a collision with a double decker bus, operated by Stagecoach, this morning.
Emergency services were alerted to the collision at around 7.35am and the injured boy was taken to hospital, where he remains in a critical but stable condition this afternoon.
The crash scene was cordoned off afterwards while police officers carried out enquiries at the scene.
Retford Road was also closed in both directions while emergency services dealt with the incident.
Witnesses should call South Yorkshire Police on 101.
