A car and a wheelie bin were set alight in arson attacks in Sheffield and Rotherham last night.

A wheelie bin was set alight on Daresbury View, Arbourthorne, Sheffield and a Peugeot 206 was torched on Grange Lane, Thorpe Hesley, Rotherham.

On Saturday a Nissan Note was set on fire on Common Road, Harthill, Rotherham; a Vauxhall Agila was fired on Grimsell Crescent, Foxhill and a Vauxhall Corsa was set alight on Spotswood Place, Gleadless Valley, Sheffield.

On Friday night a car was torched on Harrison Street, Holmes, Sheffield.
