Approval recommended for new home
Plans to build a three-bedroom house in the grounds of a property near Steelbank are set to be approved by Sheffield city councillors.
The property is on Rangeley Road, and it is proposed that the new building is erected in the site of a single garage.
The application is recommended for approval with conditions, when it is discussed by Sheffield City Council’s next planning and highways committee, set to take place on Tuesday, May 22.
