Tom Parker, consumer spokesperson at Zoopla, said: "If you're on the hunt for a new project and keen to make the most of lockdown easing, there are currently some great hospitality properties for sale in Sheffield, with a wide range of cafes and restaurants available to purchase.
"If you're thinking of investing, make sure you budget correctly as there's often more than meets the eye involved with running a business."
