Coronavirus: Doncaster's Yorkshire Wildlife Park stays open - but closes play areas

In a statement on Facebook, a spokesman for the award winning Branton-based visitor attraction said: “The main park and animal reserves are currently open as normal.
“However, we have made the necessary decision to close the play area section of Monkey Playhouse and the Zoom Barn which are indoor children play areas.

Hide Ad“The closure of these two areas will take place with immediate effect.”
The venue has said it is constantly reviewing procedures in light of Government advice.
Across Doncaster, dozens of venues have shut their doors over the COVID-19 outbreak.
Cast, all the town's leisure centres and Vue Cinema have all announced their closure while The Dome has called off all its shows until June.
