Despite a slow start, all 700 doses available at the theatre were used on Saturday for the second week running, with long queues pictured snaking around Crucible Square.
Today, Darnall Primary Care Centre on Main Road is open for anyone over 18 to receive either their first or second jab, provided a minimum of four weeks has passed between doses.

Hide AdThe BioNTech Pfizer vaccine is the only one available at the centre and staff can only support people with that vaccination. That means anyone who was given a different vaccine when they got their first jab cannot receive this one.
The service is available between 9am and 4.30pm, or until supplies run out.
A spokesperson at the centre told The Star it had been a quiet start to the day – but they have “lots of availability” of vaccine doses.
