A Royal Mail delivery office in South Yorkshire which was hit by a coronavirus outbreak has reopened following a deep clean.

The Barnsley delivery office on Pitt Street was closed last Wednesday, June 24, after a number of staff tested positive for COVID-19.

Royal Mail said the office had reopened on Friday, following a deep clean, and the majority of staff were now back in the building, but disruption is continuing.
